Sales - Achieve personal sales goals. Participate fully in all EC activities and events, contributing to EC service and sales results. Support EC to achieve Earth Month goals. Support business driving activities and events Service Consistently and completely execute all six of the Aveda Rituals and ensure a ritual is being offered to every guest, every time they come into the EC, interact with guests and team in a respectful, courteous and professional manner. Take direction from the Leadership team to execute daily operation functions and duties as assigned. Operations: As the Manager on Duty,Task Master for daily operations – maintaining logs, binders, bulletin board (team communication). Utilize LEG to maintain EC service and visual standards, accountable as leader on duty. As a keyholder, successfully complete keyholder duties including but not limited to, opening and closing the store successfully and processing employee purchases and guest returns Other duties as assigned and/or required.
Minimum Requirements: Education High School diploma or equivalent. Experience 1 year minimum retail or guest service experience, personal care experience preferred Previous experience working with retail POS systems Other Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills Mandatory attendance and satisfactory completion of all company-required meetings & education Ability to work retail hours including weekends, holidays and special events Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment and possess ability to perform physical requirements of the job (see Appendix I) * Sign on bonus is $1500!
