Role:
Retail Sales Lead - our Nordstrom showroom by delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching the team, and supporting daily operations. Drive sales, maintain showroom standards, and ensure every client feels confident and valued.

You’ll:

Lead by example and support associates
Build strong customer relationships and provide styling guidance
Maintain showroom operations, inventory, and visual standards
Resolve customer issues professionally

You Have:

Retail or customer service leadership experience
Strong communication and coaching skills
Passion for service, organization, and team collaboration
Flexible schedule including weekends
