The Keyholder works closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager as a member of the management team. He/She provides support in all aspects of store operations, visual merchandising and customer service. Keyholders lead by example and demonstrate strength in driving sales through excellent customer service. Partnering with the management team, this role will assist in recruiting, training and developing the sales staff. Responsibilities include enforcing established policies and procedures and assuming the role of the Assistant Store Manager in his/her absence.
